Vendor Form

This is a required form for all vendors wishing to participate in events at Shops at Stonefield to ensure we do not exceed the maximum number of stands. Please read and complete all fields below.

Approval of event access is subject to the management of Shops of Stonefield.
Vendors selected shall be notified via email. Please be sure to bring the digital confirmation to the event.
For the Music on the Lawn series, Vendor Setup (limited to lawn area), is from 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
No pre-assigned locations are available, spots are claimed on a first-come first-serve basis.

Setup/Clean-up

By checking this box, I am signing that I am responsible for the set up, take down and cleanup of my vendor stand. Additionally, I am responsible to bring my own power source and anything else needed to run my stand properly.

Waiver of Liability

By checking this box, I am agreeing to the following terms and conditions relating to my participation in the event for which I am applying (the “Event”) at the Shops at Stonefield (“Stonefield”):

a. OCT Stonefield Property Owner LLC (“Owner”) shall not be responsible for providing services or equipment in connection with the Event or the use of the vendor area. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for the set up and take down of my vendor stand.
b. I am responsible to bring my own power source and anything else needed to operate my vendor stand properly.
c. I will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations or ordinances while at Stonefield and in connection with the Event.
d. I will keep the area surrounding my vendor stand in a clean and safe condition and appearance, and will remove my vendor stand, and all other property and trash in the area surrounding my vendor stand, immediately following conclusion of the Event.
e. Neither Owner nor any of its members, managers, partners, officers, employees, agents, or contractors (the “Owner Parties”) shall be responsible for the security of the vendor area or for the theft or any other loss or damage to person or property. Any personal property placed or used at Stonefield shall be at my sole risk.
f. I hereby agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold harmless the Owner Parties from and against any and all losses, suits, actions, legal proceedings, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, reasonable attorneys' fees which may be incurred by or threatened against the Owner Parties (collectively the “Claims"), and from all expenses in defending Claims, including without limitation, court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees at all judicial levels, the amounts of any judgments recovered, and any other expenses resulting from Claims for:
(a) bodily injury, sickness or disease, including death resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or entity and/or
(b) theft, vandalism, or injury to or destruction of property, including loss of use thereof, in each case caused by, arising from, incident to, connected with, or arising out of my participation as a vendor at the Event and the use of the vendor area, whether or not caused in part by the negligence or recklessness of the Owner Parties or any other persons, and any of my acts or omissions or those of my employees, agents, contractors, or customers. I assume all risks of my participation in this event, whether known or unknown to me, including travel to and from the event. The Owner Parties shall have no liability in connection with my participation as a vendor at the Event.
